Single points of failure, found deliberately

We map dependencies until the uncomfortable truths surface — the lone database, the single uplink, the one engineer — and remove them in priority order.

Restores over backups

A backup is a hope; a rehearsed restore is a capability. Recovery time and recovery point are measured by exercise, not asserted in a document.

We model your actual workloads and give a per-system recommendation — hybrid is a legitimate end state, not a failure to decide.
